A. 1세대의 구성원 중 동일인의 소유 나지가 2필지 이상인 경우, ‘무주택세대 소유 나지의 비사업용토지 제외신청서’에 기재된 나지 중 토지의 소유자가 비사업용 토지 제외 적용을 받기 위해 선택한 필지의 660제곱미터 이내의 부분은 주택을 소유하지 아니한 기간동안은 사업에 사용되는 토지로 보는 것임
